Having started my own company in a highly regulated industry, planned and launched start-up organizations, and reported to a hard charging entrepreneur by way of Carl Icahn, I know pressure.

It is important to have responsibility with authority to run a group or organization as agreed upon.

Running an organization with defined goals and metrics is highly important. It isn’t required that everyone on the team socialize with each other 24/7 but at the office being a team and having respect for each other and company's mission are critical.

Ability to be creative and crtical thinking are elements of my overall objective.
